According to the publication, the 47-year-old #Texan was in #Ukraine for three years, two and a half of whom he spent at the front.
#Nate_Vance took part in the battles for #Kupyansk, #Bakhmut, #Avdiivka, and #Pokrovsk.
When #Nate heard his cousin arguing with #Ukrainian President #Volodymyr_Zelensky in the #Oval_Office of the #White_House, he became angry.
"#JD is a good, smart guy. When he criticized aid to #Ukraine, I thought it was because he had to please a certain electorate, that it was a political game. But what they (#JD_Vance and #Donald_Trump - ed.) did with #Zelensky was an ambush with absolute bad faith,"

In January 2025, #Nate_Vance left the service but wanted to continue helping #Ukraine. He says #JD_Vance never tried to find out his story on the front lines, and he was disappointed with his cousin's attitude toward this war.
