A French court ruled that in case of harassment in the work place, moral or sexual, courts of justice have to accept evidence brought by the plaintiff even if they were recorded secretly, without the harasser's knowledge.
In short this court acknowledged that proving harassment by legal means only is close to impossible because harassment is about behavior which leaves no "paper trail".
What I find funny is that this article comes from a right wing/conservative/ultra capitalist newspaper and although the journalist doesn't give an opinion in this particular piece (although the phrasing is not completely neutral) there are others where they're openly outraged that justice would not protect these poor employers against the wiles of ungrateful workers.
