At a prayer breakfast in Washington, Donald Trump announces he's creating the "Presidential Commission on Religious Liberty."
President Trump says he's signing an executive order that'll put US Attorney General Pam Bondi in charge of a new task force "to eradicate anti-Christian bias."
@w7voa That's a blatant 1st amendment violation, also those of us who have been oppressed by Christianity have reasons to be against it.
@w7voa Episcopalians, Lutherans, Methodists, Unitarians stand in solidarity with all faiths.
Anyone else?
@w7voa
Two things can be true at once, correct, @jackmjenkins -- He's going to fight anti-Christian bias and antisemitism.
Can three things also be true at once? Are we going to hear about a commission/panel to fight Islamophobia -- or will Muslims become one of the "others" to blame?

@[email protected] Next step, invent a Muslim terrorist attack to justify concentration camps for US Muslims. Or something like that.
A less nauseatingly performative and cynical a president - which describes all of them, bar Trump - would have said to eradicate "anti-religious" bias. His, someone's, choice of words describes illegal pro-Christian bias.
@chiefgyk3d How is eliminating any bias against the 1st amendment?
@52fighters government is not allowed to force any specific religion or religious views. HAVE YOU READ THE CONSTITUTION!?
