As someone who survived 8 winters in #Chicago, I mean this in the nicest way possible: the average IQ of Atlantans on the road drops 5-10 points when it snows.
Walking around Midtown #Atlanta, next to the “Tweezer” building (i.e. King & Spalding), the sidewalk was roped off, making pedestrians walk in the street.
