Pulled a **really** good shot this morning, still thinking about it 12 hours later.
This morning’s experiment with espresso eggs (express-œufs?) was pizza. Kid’s idea: throw lots of pizza ingredients and give it a go. I took it a little easier: pepperoni, mushroom, onion and tomato bits, milk, eggs, and spices. Cheese was saved for a topping, which I toasted in air fryer ... thereby making everything way too hot to eat. The heat storage abilities of steamed eggs is not to be messed with.
Results: ok, not overly pizza-like. Since everything's whirling around in a steam driven vortex only to suddenly solidify, it doesn’t evenly distribute all of the ingredients.

Up until my UK vacation this August, I never drank any kind of coffee. I just didn’t like the taste *at all*. Then I got myself a chocolate Frappuccino at a Starbucks, they asked if I wanted it with a shot of espresso, which I tried – and almost instantly I was hooked. Back in Germany, I just this week discovered this Latte Espresso at Aldi’s. Wow, that’s delicious. (Probably just lots of sugar in there…) So, expect me to turn into a coffee junkie rather sooner than later… ☕️😜 #coffee #espresso

Got myself the Bialetti moka set with the Roy Lichtenstein cups. I don’t expect it to make good #espresso, but I do expect passable #coffee. Mostly I wanted the set for my unintended collection.
Also, it took two tries since I made the mistake of ordering it from Bialetti’s Amazon store, but it was fulfilled by a rando and the ceramic was shattered.
At least the seller did not break the Bialetti induction adaptor.
