It's 1949, and the bike club #Henie runs their annual "Lille Lungegården rundt", around the small octogonal lake now more commonly known as "Smålungeren" in the middle of #Bergen. This image is in front of the Telegrafen building, then the telegraph and phone central, today a small mall and offices with a protected exterior.

Henie may be a familiar name to many as the last name of celebrity ice skater Sonja Henie, but the club is actually named after her father, Wilhelm, who won the world championship in track in 1894. CK Henie is still going strong, but in the neighbouring municipality, #Os.
